Getting involved means:

• Working with your colleagues to increase pay levels and improve conditions in your workplace

• Doing things you usually couldn't or wouldn't do alone

• New opportunities for education, training and personal development

• Having fun and doing something that you enjoy

• Helping union members in different campaigns running across the country

Different ways to get involved

Wherever you are there is an opportunity to get involved in union activities at your workplace, at a branch level or even at a national level.
Why not get in contact with your branch and find out what activities are happening in the union in your local area that you can get involved in.

Campaigns

Why not visit our campaign section and see how you can send off an email letter that will help improve aged care and public health and boost the minimum wages of 1.6 million Australians

If you are a member visit our Train Online section where you can learn extra skills and see what it takes to become a HSU delegate in the workplace.
