Aboriginal & Torres Strait Islander Health Training Package Review

Our Industry Skills Council, the Community Services and Health Idustry Skills Council, is currently review the the Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Health Worker qualifications and competency standards to ensure they are current and relevant to existing and emerging job roles.
The Skills Council islooking for feedback on the project and community consultation is about to get underway with the first draft of the qualifications and competencies units available online, for comment, from 31 October until 30 November.

The Skills Council will be holding a number of consultation forums in: Sydney; Melbourne; Adelaide; Alice Springs; Darwin; Perth; Cairns; Brisbane; Wagga Wagga; Dubbo; and the Hunter Region in NSW.
