Aged Care Employers lodge application to vary the Modern Award

The Aged Care employers have lodged two applications with Fair Work Australia (FWA) to change the Aged Care Modern Award . These matters are listed for hearing at FWA on 11 October 2010.
The applications seek to change the arrangement for how and when personal leave is paid to part time workers (AM2010/220) and when laundry allowance is paid (AM2010/219).
