International Women's Day Seminar at UnionsNSW

02 March 2010

UnionsNSW is proud to host a seminar to celebrate International Womens' Day and the continued struggle to better womens' lives.

We would like to invite all interested women to attend this seminar to celebrate International Womens' Day.

Our lives as women workers ae influenced by many factors and not only those found in the workplace or our employment conditions.

This year we will celebrate the implementation of Paid Parental Leave and will remain vigilant about acknowledging that there are still a range of further steps to be taken be taken by unions and allied organisations to address the continuing inequities of women workers.

We hope you will be able to join us on the 5th to listen to a range of speakers talk about some of the issues that are facing the lives of working women in Australia and internationally.

For catering purposes RSVP ASAP to cdelprat@unionsnsw.org.au

Date: Friday, 05 March 2010
Time: 09:30 - 16:30
Location: Trades Hall Atrium (4 Goulburn Street, Sydney - Entry via Sussex street)

Any queries about the seminar can be addressed to Carmel Delprat at cdelprat@unionsnsw.org.au
