Public comment sought on the Model OHS Laws

On Friday, 25 September 2009 the Workplace Relations Ministers Council (WRMC) agreed to release for public comment an exposure draft of the Model OHS Laws. The WRMC also agreed to release a number of supporting documents to go with the exposure draft:
Draft Administration Regulations
Consultation Regulatory Impact Statement
Model OHS Laws Discussion Paper
Don't Risk 2nd Rate Safety

The public comment period is now open for a period of six weeks and closes at 5pm on Monday, 9 November 2009.
