Australian Health Ministers meet in Melbourne06 March 2009Yesterday the Australian Health Minister met in Melbourne to continue the national health care reform process. The meeting focused on a plan to free up elective surgery waiting lists, a complaints process for reporting health professionals and initiative to have background checks made compulsary for health professionals. Australia's new National Mental Health Policy 2008 was launched.
