Workers, Activists and the ACTU are fighting for better health and safety, compensation and rehabilitation.

You can help by talking to workmates and asking them to sign the petition because:

WE BELIEVE that Australians should have health and safety, workers' compensation and rehabilitation rights at work that meet the minimum standards detailed in the Charter.

WE SEEK amendments to legislation in all jurisdictions to meet the minimum standards detailed in the Charter.

WE OPPOSE businesses swapping OHS and workers' compensation schemes in an attempt to avoid their responsibilities and obligations and oppose any legislative instrument designed to allow scheme swapping to occur.
