Letter to the union from Aged Care Minister Kevin Andrews

The Aged Care Minister Kevin Andrews has written to the union rejecting calls for the introduction of minimum staffing levels which would improve care for the elderly.

In a further indication that the federal government is not concerned about the huge understaffing problems in the industry and the impact it is having on care levels, he has claimed the existing system is working well!
